This treatment is for deep tissue or relaxation massage therapy. Working on adhesions, tight muscles, or general relaxation.

Relaxation or Deep Tissue

This treatment is for Chi Nei Tsang. This is an abdominal therapy, which includes some manual manipulation of the soft tissue around the stomach, hips and diaphragm. As well as energy work combined into the therapy. Usually is finished with massage to another part of the body to help ground you post energy work.

Chi Nei Tsang

This treatment is for a relaxational or deep tissue massage, which includes fire cupping therapy. The cups are used either stagnant (placed on the skin for a duration) or actively moved across the skin and body to help release muscle and fascial tension.

Fire Cupping & Massage Therapy

15 -30 minute treatment, where I teach you how to massage your little one. This will cover general body massage, sinus massage, digestive tract massage as well. 

If they need therapeutic treatments such as a pulled muscle, injury or torticollis I can treat this but cannot teach it to you.

Infant Massage

Course for massage therapists, introducing them to the art of deep tissue massage therapy.

Foundations Of Deep Tissue Massage Therapy

This massage can be relaxational or deep tissue, for the length of time booked, but includes reiki during your treatment. This energy work is meant to be soothing, grounding, and healing in many ways.

If this is your first time booking for shockwave therapy, please book in the 60 minute shockwave therapy treatment to begin with. Thank you!

This appointment is for a massage therapy and shockwave combination treatment. 
This will include:
- Analysis of any injuries, chronic conditions, or soft tissue that needs to be worked on. 
- Postural assessment and gait assessment if necessary. 
- Treatment of affected areas. 
- Treatment plan discussion. 
- Home care to be performed between treatments.
